My card got stuck in the ATM, and when I blocked it to prevent unauthorized use, I didn't realize it would also suspend my online purchases. I have ordered a new card, but the app states that it will take 5-7 days to deliver. I'm wondering if I can cancel this delivery to pick it up at a branch. Alternatively, can they update the delivery address to my current location instead of my home address? I also want to inquire if the money from my old card will transfer to the new one once I receive it.

I lost access to my phone registered with Absa and need to link my new device. After downloading the app, I couldn't find the "ADD user" option, and the "link new device" feature only sends verification requests to my old lost phone number without an option to update it. Even at the ATM, I couldn't register a new number. When I tried online banking, there was no option to change my contact number, and it redirected me back to the app.
