AAA Travel Customer Service Issues

I encountered difficulties while trying to book a flight to Sao Paulo online. The booking page kept showing as pending, and I later received an email stating that the booking was unauthorized due to changes made by the airline, preventing me from obtaining the tickets at the initial price. Subsequently, I attempted to book through another website, ensuring the necessary funds were available in my account. However, upon checking, the money had been deducted from the previous unsuccessful transaction. Despite not receiving an itinerary, I did receive an email confirming that the tickets were not processed. It has been a day since this happened, and the funds have not been refunded, leaving me stranded in a foreign country. I had a similar issue with your service last month, prompting my decision to no longer book through your company. I have requested a refund via email and am still waiting for the money to be returned. I kindly ask for the cancellation of my trip, a swift refund, and wish to part ways given the circumstances.

We're heading to Hawaii in March [redacted], and our AAA travel agent emailed us about our return flights. However, upon receiving our flight details, they were different from what was initially sent. It's now Friday night, our agent is on a 10-day vacation, and the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. By the time they are back, we will have missed the 48-hour window to make changes to our reservation. Please assist. Thank you.
