7 For All Mankind Customer Service Issues

I haven't received any response regarding my order issue from your company. The absence of a customer service phone number raises concerns for me and likely others too. I was informed via email that the promo code, which I couldn't enter during my online order, would be refunded to my credit card upon shipment confirmation. I've since provided the promo code as instructed for the credit processing, but no communication has been received from your end. This lack of customer service is worrying me. Today is the scheduled delivery date for my order. Should I not hear back from you, I plan to dispute the refund amount with my bank due to the system error preventing the promo code entry and the subsequent lack of response from your team, beyond the automated email replies I've been receiving.

I attempted to contact the [redacted] number but was unsuccessful. The recorded message advised me to try my call again later, which was frustrating. I have placed an order with Seven for All Mankind and have been trying to find out the status. After emailing them, I received a courtesy reply, but it did not address why my order has not been shipped. The order was placed on Friday, March 6th, and I have not been informed of any issues. I am confused as to why my order is still being processed. I am seeking clarification on the delay and any potential problems with my order.
