I received two orders today with the order numbers #[redacted] and #[redacted] for Desert Essence Organics Fragrance Free Hand and Body Lotion. The product I received was not the same as advertised. Instead of the "Organics" version, I received the Desert Essence Fragrance Free Hand and Body Lotions, which has received negative reviews due to its stickiness. I would like to return both orders and request the company cover the return shipping costs since the delivered product does not match the advertisement. Thank you for your help!
