How do I track my order when there's an issue with it and it can't be tracked even after 2 weeks of waiting?

We apologize if you're experiencing difficulty tracking your order. If you are not able to track your order even after two weeks, it's possible that there may be a delay with the couriers updating their system, or there may be a delay in the dispatch from the warehouse. Do take note that after the tracking number is assigned, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days for the courier company to update their system. However, if you are still unable to track it, it would be useful to double-check that the tracking number you have is correct. I never received my order after 20 days I would like a return from YesStyle or a refund . I ordered 5 products for €70, yesstyle said it sent the package but not the delivery site.

I want to change my shipping address before it is shipped out.

Sure, to change your shipping address before an order is shipped out, you need to first log into your YesStyle account. Find the order that you want to modify under the "Order History" section. If your order status is still "Processing", you may change the shipping address by clicking on the order number, selecting the "Edit Shipping Address" option, making your edits, and then saving the changes. Please note that once the status becomes "Ready to ship" or "Shipped," the address cannot be changed anymore.
