Travelers Insurance offers two main avenues for filing claims: an online platform and a customer support phone number. Usually, the easiest way to file your claim is using the website. Here's how.
Most Travelers policyholders can use the company's online platform to file their claims. To get started, head over to Travelers' website and look for "Claim Center" at the top of your screen.
Next, scroll down and select "Report a Claim." From here, you'll be asked to choose between individual policies or policies for businesses. Select the appropriate option, and you'll be brought to the next step.
For Individuals
For individual policyholders, you'll need to enter your account login info or register for your credentials. In most cases, the claims process will be completed on the following pages, although some non-standard claims require a phone call. You will be notified if your claim can't be completed online.
For Businesses
Travelers Insurance offers a wide range of business insurance products, so the process for your specific claim will vary. After selecting "For Businesses," you'll need to choose the type of claim you're filing. For some business claims, Travelers doesn't provide an online system. In these cases, you'll be notified that you need to call the company.
