How Do I Check the Status of My Unemployment Claim with the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation?

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation provides unemployment insurance, which it refers to as reemployment assistance, to citizens of South Dakota who have recently become unemployed.   • You must be registered with a designated workforce agency.
  • You must have earned sufficient wages in the last year.
