We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your billing. It's important to ensure that any returned product is associated with the proper RMA number. Typically, refunds are processed soon after the returned product has been received by the company. However, it might take some time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times. If you've done all this and still see a charge, we recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, we aren't able to process payment issues from our end.
