How Do I Give Feedback About My Experience to Favor Delivery?

Good or bad, companies want to know how they are doing. As a consumer it's important to take the time to give them feedback. Here's how you can with Favor.

Favor Delivery is an on-demand delivery firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. However, Favor has expanded rapidly since it was founded in 2013 to encompass 50 cities in the state of Texas.

Favor can deliver anything to your location in less than an hour. They will deliver food, groceries, clothing, prescriptions and much more. You can place your order through either the Favor website or the mobile app. Self-employed couriers will then deliver the order from the store to your location.

How to Get Favor

You can acquire the Favor app through the following process:

  1. Launch your web browser and open the Favor website
  2. Enter your mobile phone number in the empty field on the site's homepage
  3. Favor will send a link to your phone through which you can download their app
  4. Download the app and agree to the terms of service
  5. Once you are inside the app, will be prompted to register some basic information for your account including name, email, residential address and preferred method of payment among others

After successfully registering your account, you will be directed to a 'Featured Menu' with menu items from restaurants near your location that will be neatly categorized. You can order something off the list or create your own order. You can also choose other venues to shop from including discount stores and grocery stores. All you have to do is select a venue and be very specific with your instructions.

A runner/courier will then pick up your order and deliver it within an hour. The delivery has a flat fee of $5 plus the tip for the runner.

Favor Terms of Service

It is vital for users to know that Favor is not a courier, logistics provider, or foodservice operator. They are a tech company that facilitates the delivery from store to consumer. They neither supply any delivered products nor employ runners as their agents, representatives or employees.

Runners on Favor are self employed and have total discretion as to how they provide their services. Favor only receives a fraction of the payment made through the app for facilitating the delivery. The consumer accepts all risks associated with the runner and their services by consenting to the terms of service.

When ordering are restricted items through the Favor app such as alcoholic beverages, the recipient of the order must produce government issued identification in order to receive the order. Moreover, delivery of age restricted products through Favor may not be available everywhere.

If you submit comments, suggestions or any other sort of feedback through the Favor app about their service, you agree that Favor owns that feedback and are free to do with the feedback as they please.

How Favor Works

When you place a delivery order through the Favor app, Favor will alert one or several runners about the delivery and give them your personal and contact information so that the runner can willingly accept the request.

The runner will then place an order with the store/merchant you requested, pay for the order and then deliver the order to you. The runner may contact you in the process of delivering the order to alert you of your order status e.g. if an item is out of stock.

The runner will then call you at your address and then you will pay the amount stated in the app including any taxes. The app will also suggest a tip amount for the order.

Favor has a referral program through which you can gain credit to use in the future for referring a new user to the app.

Giving Feedback

You can only submit feedback to Favor through their customer service email. You can find the email address on GetHuman.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Favor Delivery Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Favor Delivery in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Give Feedback About My Experience to Favor Delivery? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
