If you're unable to open the Branch app and need to repay your loan, you can do so through direct bank transfer or using mobile money, depending on your country and the options offered by Branch. Usually, you will need your unique Branch paybill number and the phone number linked to your Branch account. Always ensure that you've inputted the correct data to avoid any issues. Do note that due dates for loan payments will still apply, so please try to resolve your app issue as soon as possible or make alternative arrangements for repayment.
