Unfortunately, eBay does not provide an option for buyers to schedule the delivery for a future date when placing an order. When you purchase an item on eBay, the seller will ship the item based on their handling time and selected shipping service. You generally cannot control the exact delivery date. You could try reaching out to the seller directly to discuss if they can accommodate your request, but it's not a guaranteed option as it depends on the seller's policies and capabilities. We suggest that you only place the order when you are ready to receive it.

If you received an item you didn't order from eBay, it could be a mistake, or a scenario where a seller sent you an extra item by accident. Here's what you can do: 1. Contact the seller: Reach out to them via "Contact seller", found in your "Purchase history". Explain the situation. 2. If you don't get a satisfactory response from the seller or can't reach them, you should proceed to "Ask eBay to step in". You can do this from your Purchase history page within 30 days after the actual or estimated delivery date. Ensure you keep the item safe since the seller might request its return. If you feel there was some kind of fraud involved, be sure to report the seller to eBay.

At eBay, there are several ways you can get in touch with their customer service for seller issues. You can visit the "Help & Contact" section at the top of their homepage and select the relevant topic. If you can't find what you're looking for, click on "Contact Us" to connect directly with a representative. The company provides various options such as chat, email, or a phone call. Remember, to view these options, you need to be logged into your account. Just follow the instructions provided! If a seller has reported an unpaid item strike against you, it's recommended to first reach out to the seller and try to settle the matter together. The seller can remove your strike within 96 hours of listing closure if you pay for the item or mutually agree to cancel the transaction. If the seller is unresponsive or unwilling to remove the strike, and you believe you were unfairly targeted, you can appeal through the eBay Resolution Center.
