What are the hours and when should I call?

Adobe Systems operates the call center for this 800-585-0774 phone number Mon-Fri 5am-7pm PT. The short answer is that you should call on a Tuesday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 1,398 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Adobe Systems phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Adobe Systems staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.
The least busy time to call
The least busy day to call Adobe Systems is Tuesday. The most busy day to call is Monday. Again, this is based on a sample of 1,398 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.
The shortest wait on hold
We measured the shortest hold times to be on Friday. The longest wait in the queue on average occurs on Tuesday.
The best time to call
In summation, the best day to call Adobe Systems is Tuesday. This is not the day with the shortest wait on hold in the phone system, but we still recommend it for its ideal combination of low call volume and short hold times. Plus we believe that Adobe Systems staffs the call center well on Tuesday.

My Experience Calling Adobe Systems at this Number

I know Adobe offers stock images such as photos. I needed to know which images I could access for free, so I called Adobe's 800-585-0774 customer service number.

An automated voice response system answered and thanked me for calling Adobe Direct Sales. It then told me if I wanted to purchase Adobe products or add additional licenses to press one for a sales agent. To get support for products, I could press two. I selected two, which took me to a menu offering options for getting help with billing, cancellations, and products. I waited to see if there were more choices.

The system told me to press star to hear the options again, but even without pressing star, the system repeated the information and said since I had not made a valid selection, it would need to disconnect my call. I guess I was too slow in choosing because the system hung up, but I called back and listened to the prompts again.

Pressing two took me to additional prompts that asked me about my account and devices. Then, it offered me nine options to select from based on the list of Adobe products. I chose Adobe Stock to get the information I needed about free images. The system then told me about Adobe forums, where I could get answers 24/7. It said my estimated wait time was less than one minute, and it may record the call for training and quality purposes.

Once on hold, I waited a few seconds, and a customer service agent answered. I asked if having an Adobe subscription allowed me to get free photos. The agent asked for my email address and my first and last name. She then confirmed my account information.

The agent explained it depended on the file type I was interested in, and then she shared a website where I could access free photos. The agent also offered to send me a link by email explaining how to access the information and some frequently asked questions. She asked if she could help me with anything else. I didn't need anything further since she had provided what I asked for, so we ended the call.

After the call ended, I found the email the agent sent and clicked the link. It took me to the free images page. Based on what I read, the free images come with a free trial, and then I can purchase images by paying a monthly fee.

Like me, many people probably call Adobe to ask specific questions about products, especially when they don't know how to make a specific product features work. Except for the system repeating information early in the call, the call went well and I got my questions answered. I also appreciated being able to talk with an agent quickly. The agent was friendly and went the extra mile in offering to send a link to what I requested.
