Why should I comment about customer care at http://www.ibm.com/contact/us/...?
First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another IBM customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like IBM in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
This is really the only support page we have for IBM at this time. Just know that we never stop searching and compiling the best support pages that you suggest to us.
