I pressed 2 and it took a few seconds, and I wasn't sure what was going to happen but then a voice finally said, "This call may be recorded for quality or training purposes." I didn't even have to wait, because after that transfer, the phone started to ring right away and an agent named Christina picked up. I was pretty amazed that I was able to talk to someone in sales this quickly.
My only complaint is that this woman was clearly not a native English speaker despite the name. She had a very thick accent and I had to listen very carefully and ask her to repeat herself a few times. However, she was very polite and patient and worked through my questions at a pace that I could understand. All in all, I was most impressed that it only took me about 30 seconds to get to a live agent, and I don't think there are very many companies that can offer that type of support. They may be a sales-focused company, but they sure got my sales. I will call back if I run out of the face cream again.
