Our return policy at Zestyshoes.com allows customers to return any unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service team and provide their order number. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a return label to send the item back to us free of charge. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
