Even if your phone is off, you can still check your voicemail. However, you'll have to do it from a different phone. To do so, first, dial your TruConnect number from the second phone. When your greeting starts to play, press the '*' key. Then, you'll be prompted to enter your voicemail password. Once you've entered it correctly, you can listen to your voicemails. Remember to always hang up to ensure the system registers you've listened to the messages and doesn't keep them as new messages.

Unlocking your SIM or retrieving your PUK code needs to be done through TruConnect. You will first need to reach out to TruConnect's customer support. Any details you might need are available right here on the FAQ page. They will be able to provide you with the specific steps necessary to unlock your SIM or retrieve your PUK code. Note that you'll usually need to provide some personal information and possibly even proof of purchase to verify that you're the legitimate owner of the SIM card.

Resetting your voicemail PIN with TruConnect can be done effortlessly. On most phones, you can accomplish this by accessing the voicemail and following the prompts that direct you to 'personal options', then to 'administrative options'. Here, you should find an option to reset your password or PIN. However, the process can slightly vary depending on the phone model or operating system. If you're unable to reset the voicemail PIN this way, try contacting TruConnect customer support. Always remember to choose a PIN that's not easy to guess to ensure your voicemail remains secure.

To change your phone number with TruConnect, you'll need to contact TruConnect's customer service. They can be reached by calling their toll-free number. Please note that there may be a small fee associated with changing your number. Keep in mind that the availability of certain numbers may vary based on your location. Also, please know that once a number is changed, the old number may not be available to be switched back to in the future. It's best to be sure about changing it before making the request.

You can activate your new phone using your current SIM card by first ensuring the SIM size is compatible with your device. If it is, insert your SIM card into the new phone. Then, go to the TruConnect website, log into your account and click on the 'Activate' option. Follow the prompts to enter the required information including your new phone's IMEI number.
