To speak with Lyft customer service about your last two rides, follow these steps:
1. Open up the Lyft app on your device.
2. Access the menu in the top left corner of the home screen.
3. Select 'Ride history' to view the details of your past rides.
4. Choose the ride you are having an issue with.
5. Once you view the ride, scroll down to 'Get Help' then tap it.
6. Here, you can choose the specific issue you faced or you can describe the issue in additional details.
After submitting your issue, a Lyft support team member will contact you to provide assistance. Please keep in mind that ride-specific concerns should be reported within the Lyft app's Ride History.
