How do I cancel a hotel reservation?

I need to cancel my reservation that I have already paid for

We understand how plans can unexpectedly change. If you've already paid for a booking and need to cancel it, please sign in to your Booking.com account and select the booking you wish to cancel. There, you'll find a button to cancel the booking. However, please bear in mind that your cancellation will be subject to the particular property’s Cancellation Policy that was agreed upon during the reservation. If it is a non-refundable booking, you might not get a refund. When canceling, be sure to understand these terms to save any surprises. If there is a valid reason for your cancellation, such as illness, you might be able to reach out to the property for consideration even under non-refundable policy.

I cannot find my reservation but I was charged for it

How do I correct a name that was spelt wrongly

To correct a misspelled name, you will need to contact Booking.com directly. Unfortunately, this can't be changed online because it requires confirmation to ensure details are updated accurately. For security reasons, the Booking.com support team needs to verify the correct details. Once you contact them with the correct spelling of the name, they will correct it on your booking.
