It's cute that you think it will be fixed. The original phone had a defect and when fedex pays the insurance I'm sure they will make an effort to do nothing

The issue in GetHuman-nunya's own words
Use it, allow other people to hear the scrambled microphone ... On **** I sent a phone for repair. On *** FEDEX refused to deliver a smashed box with nothing in it. I have called twice. Phone number on account is *** *** ****. Original RMA * ***************. Nothing has been resolved. Said I would get an email. Can't even get in contact with customer service number.
I shouldn't have to wait for a replacement while you file a claim with FedEx
Replace the damaged phone
I bought it new should have worked
I sent it to ZTE. They chose the carrier to return it. ?
