How do I access the records of a deceased subscriber when the subscription has expired due to the deceased's account being frozen. **Stephen Philipp Redgwell of Redgwell Electrical died on **th July ****. His bookkeeper is Kathy Hill and has informed me that she is no longer able to access his records.**My name is Janelle Redgwell and, since there was no Will, I am the Administrator of the Late Stephen Philipp Redgwell's Estate.**Please let me know how we can access his business records.
