In November, I ordered a "Warm Toilet Cover" to be delivered to Subzero Ice Cream in Provo, Utah. According to my receipt, the item was delivered in December. Subzero Ice Cream informed me that they require a tracking number or code to locate the package since some items do not have recipient names. I never received a code, so they suggested reaching out to you. Could you provide the product code typically placed on packages delivered to Subzero Ice Cream for orders not sent directly to the customer's address? Dear Madam and Sir, I am writing to express my frustration regarding a purchase I made over 6 months ago of a "fan speed controller." Unfortunately, the plugs are not compatible with French outlets, causing me inconvenience. After contacting your after-sales service, I was promised adapters from your supplier, but have yet to receive them after more than 1.5 months. I am unable to reach anyone via chat for assistance. Today, I went to pick up my wish products at Tech Station in McAllen, TX. I collected some orders, but I couldn't get the last five items as I didn't receive the QR codes. On April 7th, I noticed my cash card missing until April 11th or the 12th. During this time, $[redacted] to $1,[redacted] was unlawfully spent on wish.com. I have reported these unauthorized transactions to my card company for investigation. If I am unable to recover my funds, wish.com may face consequences. I urge wish.com to cooperate in refunding my money, identifying the thief, and canceling the purchased items made with my card. It is essential for wish.com to work together with me on this matter. The packages always arrive partially open and are left on top of the condominium mailboxes where anyone can take them without ringing the bell or contacting me. I believe it's not your fault. I have only received three items: 1. the oxygen saturation finger monitor, 2. ear cleaner, 3. tea for good sex. Yesterday, I also wrongly confirmed receiving the teeth cleaner that didn't arrive. The issue needs to be addressed with your couriers as they deliver poorly. Thank you for your response. Kind regards, Amedeo B. Hello, I have ordered a projector from your store and have not received it. You claim it was delivered on April 8th, which is untrue. I frequently shop on Wish, and this is the first time such an issue has occurred. I am providing the tracking number for you to trace the package: [redacted]. The delivery company states they do not have it, and you also confirm this. I request to locate my package as this is the second time it has not been delivered after I ordered it twice. If I do not receive this package, which was supposed to be part of a bundle and was missing from the parcel, I may no longer shop with you. I will not hesitate to share negative feedback about my experience on various forums and social media.

I have yet to receive 2 gold chains that I ordered and paid for on Wish. Although most of my items arrived, these two are missing despite my request made two weeks ago. I informed Wish that I was relocating from Las Vegas to Orlando and provided my new address at [redacted] Seamans Bluff, Orlando, Florida, [redacted], along with my phone number. I am frustrated with the lack of response from Wish regarding these missing items and my upcoming move. As I struggle to contact the right department, I am considering asking for a refund and ending my business with Wish. I need assistance with returning an item from a recent order. The 4XL denim jacket in black was too small, and I would like to exchange it for a bigger size or request a refund. I brought the item to South Gate Pack N Ship on 04/17/21 but was advised to contact Wish for further instructions. However, I am having trouble reaching Wish. South Gate Pack N Ship suggested that I ask Wish to email them the return slip as they were unable to print it out due to a lack of a printer. Hello, I encountered an issue while placing an order on wish.com. Despite using my usual KOHO Visa debit card, I received a notification stating that the order couldn't be processed and suggested using a different card. After verifying all the details and ensuring sufficient funds, I attempted the transaction four times, each resulting in the same error message. Surprisingly, upon checking my KOHO account, I discovered that all four attempts had been charged, totaling $[redacted].06. The transactions occurred on April 20, [redacted], with amounts of $[redacted].79 at 5:01 am, $[redacted].09 at 5:14 am, $[redacted].09 at 5:15 am, and $[redacted].09 at 5:16 am. This unforeseen situation has left the items still in my wish.com shopping cart, un-purchased. I urgently require the funds to be returned to my KOHO card as I intended to spend only $[redacted].79. I have been trying to access my Wish account, which is linked to my Facebook account. However, I am unable to access my Facebook account because I recently got a new phone, causing me to be logged out without access to my old email. To regain access, I had to pay for customer support to recover my Yahoo account that I haven't used in 11 years and had forgotten the password. My Facebook is linked to my Yahoo email, and I have been waiting for login codes that have not been received, leaving me stuck in this process for over a week. Despite multiple attempts to explain my situation to Yahoo, Facebook, and Wish, I haven't made any progress other than recovering my Yahoo account. I urgently need help as I have pending refunds for purchases made on Wish, and I want to avoid any issues. I recently purchased short winter boots from your site and encountered some issues with my order. I mistakenly ended up with six pairs of boots due to a technical glitch that didn't allow me to cancel my order properly. The price discrepancy was also a concern as they were showing up at $21.00 instead of $8.00 each. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the payment as the situation wasn't getting resolved through customer service, where I couldn't find clear instructions on cancelling orders like before. I suspect my account was compromised as there were unauthorized orders placed. I am willing to pay for three pairs at the sale price if the issue is rectified. The boots are highly recommended for our Montana weather by a friend who is a loyal Wish customer. I need to address this promptly as my other accounts, including my bank and Amazon, were also compromised. I'm in the process of updating all my passwords and would appreciate a resolution to this matter.

I recently received an email notifying me that my package was delivered on April 20th, [redacted] at 3:25 p.m. When I arrived home on April 22nd, [redacted], the package was not there. I contacted my local UPS office at 4:45 p.m. The UPS representative informed me that the package was delivered to the wrong address. I attempted to resolve the issue through the customer service section on the Wish website, but the prompts did not allow me to explain my situation adequately. Despite the website showing the package as delivered, it was not received by me, instead going to the wrong location. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

I had purchased four items using my PayPal account from your company. The refund was processed correctly for PayPal, but during that same time, another card linked to my phone was charged by your company for items in the cart that I did not authorize. This card was never used to make any purchases, only PayPal was. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received a refund on the unauthorized card. I am unsure how this mix-up occurred as I never used that card for the transaction. I have tried to communicate through text, but the responses have been unhelpful. I have notified you multiple times that I did not place the order for the Women Fashion Wig Remy Hair or the Hot Sale Short Red None Lace Wig. Despite this, the items were still listed as ordered. I am displeased with the situation as these items were never intended for purchase, and it seems there was a mix-up with ordering items that were only viewed. The lack of response to my concerns has led me to involve my credit card company to address the issue. I am still awaiting a resolution to this problem as your customer service representatives have not made contact as promised. This experience has left me skeptical of the legitimacy of your company, especially after experiencing a similar issue with receiving unwanted eye brow pencils before. Please cease any further shipments of these items as I have no use for them and would like to cancel any remaining orders.

I recently ordered a jewelry box from Wish, and even though the tracking shows it has been delivered, I have not received it. After reaching out to Wish, I contacted FedEx who claimed they left it at the post office. However, the post office explained they no longer accept packages from FedEx as they allegedly mark items as delivered without actually doing so. FedEx suggested I have Wish initiate an investigation and reimburse them so that I can either receive my product or get a refund. I've had no issues with items shipped via USPS but everything sent through FedEx has not arrived. I have spent a considerable amount of money on Wish, and this situation is concerning. I hope for a resolution as I really enjoy shopping on Wish for their great prices. My fiancé has faced a similar problem and has stopped using Wish altogether. I urge Wish to address this issue promptly so I can either get my missing items or a full refund.
