I placed an order for a lifelike dog earlier, and the estimated delivery time was between the end of November and December 5. Three weeks ago, I ordered another dog, and it is now expected in December. At the same time, I ordered a bathroom set, and after waiting for a couple of weeks, I received a cancellation notice with a promise of a refund. However, it has been two weeks, and the refund has not been processed. I am disappointed with Wish's business practices, as I recommended them to friends and family for their products. The missing refund for the canceled item is concerning, as there is no record of the order. I feel frustrated not being able to seek help, and the lack of a contact phone number adds to the frustration. Hopefully, a real person can address this issue promptly. Thank you. -Pearl

I am requesting assistance from someone at Wish to contact me either via email or phone. I strongly prefer email communication with a provided phone number for direct contact. The phone numbers listed online appear to be inactive as no one responds to them. There is a recurring issue where a person keeps using my credit card information on Wish without my consent. If my credit card details are saved in your system, please inform me promptly so we can work on removing them. I have been attempting to reach out for a month now with no success. If I do not receive a response soon, I will have to take legal action against Wish for allowing unauthorized purchases on my account.

I have been attempting to contact you without success for some time now. I am unsure if my concerns will be addressed promptly or if only a partial refund will be issued. I recently received an email stating that my order had been delivered. However, I did not receive my package as claimed. After searching through the website, I found the tracking number for the UPS delivery. When contacting UPS, they mentioned that my personal information did not match the tracking number provided by The Wish website where I ordered my syringes. After providing more details, UPS located my order with the information I supplied. As there seems to be a delay in the delivery process, I would appreciate a quicker resolution and kindly request a replacement item to be sent promptly. Hello, I recently received my order and was disappointed with the size discrepancy of the two XL ladies' tops I purchased. They appear more like medium size tunic tops than short tops as advertised. I have contacted customer service, but they were unable to assist me satisfactorily. According to the company's policy, customers can return unsatisfactory products within 30 days, but unfortunately, my request to return the items and receive a refund was denied by customer service. This has been a frustrating experience, especially as a healthcare worker who does not need additional stress. I am still awaiting instructions on how to return the items. These are products that I only had to cover shipping costs for, as I wanted to test the process before making regular purchases at normal prices. I made several purchases using three different gift cards, sending them to a nearby pick-up store. They were separate orders on different days with different cards. The first order was delivered to my house, and it was great. Later, I noticed the option for pick-up stores, which seemed more convenient and affordable for shipping. When I had some leftover balance on each gift card, I used it at Walmart. Despite the items still being available online, my orders were refunded on October 14, [redacted]. I tried to have the items resent to the store for pick-up by offering to pay the price difference, even suggesting it be added to my Wish credit. However, this hasn't happened, and I would appreciate some assistance to resolve this so I can order again. My husband is upset, but I enjoy using the Wish App and hope to continue shopping once this issue is resolved.

I placed an order on October 6th for birthday gifts. I was out of town when I received an email saying the items were delivered on October 26th. However, when I returned later that night, I didn't find the package. I have yet to receive it. Despite my complaints, all I keep hearing is the package was delivered. I am requesting a refund, preferably in cash. The responses I've received so far have made me feel like I'm being accused of lying, which is quite upsetting. I believe some compensation, maybe $[redacted] in Wish cash, would be fair considering the circumstances. I've had a string of bad luck lately, with my car getting impounded and then taken by the place it was impounded at, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a FLOUREON AHD high-definition video recorder and set a password for security. However, I've forgotten the password and now I'm locked out of the system. I attempted to reset it but I keep getting rejected even after following the steps. I need help to resolve this issue so I can access my recording unit. Additionally, I am interested in buying 4 CCTV cameras similar to the ones that came with the original purchase for the best deal and quickest delivery time, but I want to ensure the password problem is solved first. I have also connected a separate hard drive that I purchased.

Due to the delay, I have decided not to order from your company again. I will inform my friends and family to consider alternatives like Amazon. I am reaching out as I have been in contact with www.wish.com via email regarding my forgotten password and username. My new password is (Inge7&Ron22) and my username is (Colin). I had previous issues with a different site where items were missing from my orders on multiple occasions. Despite reaching out to their Customer Support Team through the chatline, the problem persisted. I sought legal advice, and my solicitor stated that the site and couriers are responsible for the missing items I paid for. They advised that this situation amounts to victimization, negligence, and harassment. They mentioned that legal action could be taken against the couriers involved. I went to pick up my Wish order at Sheddy Nails Boutique in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. I presented my QR code, and the staff scanned it, but they couldn't locate one of my packages. Even after finding one package, the other is still missing. I reached out to Wish support, provided screenshots, but they seem to be unable to assist. Today, I received notifications saying I've picked up my orders, even though one is still outstanding. This experience has led me to give up on using Wish. The air fryer I ordered also arrived broken, adding to my frustration. Dealing with their customer service has been challenging. I've faced issues with every order I've made. At this point, I might have to let go of those missing packages and focus on resolving the problem with the air fryer. Thank you, Susan Soule.

I only received 12 out of the 20 items I ordered from wish.com, and I suspect the postman might have delivered them to the wrong address.
