I placed an order last month, November, for multiple items. I did receive one small defective portion of order. I have never received the rest of order. I have tried customer help, service , the phone * all multiple times. it is impossible to talk to a person. the whole system seems designed to run you in circles of automated responses. the amount taken out of my checking account is $**.**. the website tells me to look at order history, when I do it says I have made no orders. I know one of the items I have not received is a military style coat. at least * belt and some gloves , also, I believe. there never was an order confirmation sent . as I said now it says no orders made but they took the money.PLEASE HELP!!!
