My first order ever from this company and my merchandise was stolen. I ordered an assassins creed black coat in a size large. Tracking number LW*********CN. Didn't know how it was going to be delivered so I couldn't set up an alert for it's arrival, but I do know now. The good part in all this is that it arrived when it said it would. My states postal service delivered it on December **th at *:**am. Knowing the around about date of arrival, I did start watching out for my package starting December **th, I checked up until December **th every morning at **:**am before I left for work. I have no internet service on phone or otherwise. Dec **th is when i found out using a friend's Wi-Fi that the postal service delivered on Dec **th., checked that day at **:**am and no package. I dont know what your company does in these situations but i would just like my coat since it has been paid for already on Nov **st. I am going to file a claim with the postal service also and see what happens there as well. I just hate for this to be my first experience with ordering from your company. I know it's not your fault but I am going to to see how this situation is going to be handled before continuing to purchase items from thus company. Thank you.
