Yes I place two orders on wish I was a few words there was * items all together and I only have received two of the items so I decided I would like to get a refund on the remaining items that I had not received. First four a fashion heart-shaped pendant Nana bracele (which I have received) one exquisite Nana ring (which I received) *** color gel pen refills neon (which I have not received but was able to get refunded). * nylon LED dog collar (which I have not received) * PC *** colors water (I have not received). My other order placed all of them for ** was for ** color refill watercolors which was refunded). So I will try to get the dog collar and the *** colors water I tried to also have refunded but was told that my account has been flagged for excessive refunds. I got two items refunded I really don't think that that is excessive one of the items was free but the shipping then then return so I don't understand why I'm not able to get refunded for the other items I was told to get on good terms I had to continue to order but I don't want to order because I haven't gotten four of the items that I have words from you. If I could have got them all refunded to my cart at the same time I would have placed another order through wish. So I'm trying to get that fixed so that I can get my money returned to me to decide if I want to continue ordering through which I really do enjoy the web site and offers but don't think it's fair that when you try to talk to customer service they only ask you certain questions you're not allowed to ask what you really want to know! Thank you!
