Hi on the **th of November I ordered * sets of ** each coloured hair tape extensions * purple * blue and * pink, I also ordered a grey fluffy gillet jacket.*When the jacket arrived I had ordered it in an size xl when it arrived it was maybe a UK * - * (it was very very small and a lot shorter than the image shown) so I contacted wish and was given a refund, then * out of the * sets of hair extensions arrived and they were clip on instead of the tape ones I wanted I received a refund for those too, I enquired as to wether it could be checked to see if the others that were sent would be the tape or the clips and was told that I would have to check through the separate listing with customer support by i just get a message about how my account has been flagged for to many refunds and then I am given * options * is how to get in good standing again and * go back to shopping neather of these answer my question, at this point and as the arrival date is still about * days off for the other * sets of extensions I'm wondering if they have sent the wrong ones what will happen as I have already had my account flagged for to many refunds does that mean that despite them being wrong I won't be able to get it sorted*Thanks antoni
