The issue in GetHuman-hoopersa's own words
I ordered ** items on the website. After the payment was processed, I received a message stating there was an issue with payment and that all my items were refunded. Why or how could they process my payment, take the money out of my account and then suggest that there's an issue? The money still has not been credited back to my account and some of the products I ordered will not be available when*if this is resolved. How can this happen and what needs to be done to correct it? Having a live person to talk to would make this much more acceptable in situations like this. Please get back to me a.s.a.p to proceed with resolvement of issue. I am currently extremely unsatisfied and discouraged greatly in the current procedures Wish.com has in place. Customers value safety and security when dealing with retailers. I feel neither safe nor secure in the events that have taken place with my current*recent order. Order * *ba*dfab*e**d***da****c*.
