I previously worked at 15 and Perioia under the management of Francis Ballard. Unfortunately, I was wrongfully terminated over a misunderstanding. I had verified my days off before leaving work, only to be marked as a "no call, no show" for days I was not scheduled to work. Despite requesting official documentation of my hiring and termination dates, signed by a manager, I have been given the runaround. This document is necessary for me to seek assistance with my rent. I believe this treatment was intentional, and I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed. My ID number is [redacted]. I am Jessica Joy Wolfe, and I feel it's unfair that good employees are dismissed while others engage in misconduct with no consequences being addressed by management.

I ordered an apple cranberry chicken salad around 2:15am on 4/24/19. Arriving home, I noticed I was given a garden salad instead. I returned to the restaurant, hoping for an apology and the correct salad. After giving back the wrong one, I was met with a rude attitude and no refund. Feeling frustrated, I didn't accept the replacement as they didn't make things right. I frequent Whataburger in Texas regularly and usually order 4 times a week. This experience left me disappointed, unhappy, and hungry.

I recently visited Whataburger at the North Valley Mills Drive location in Waco, TX, which is open 24/7. I ordered the chicken strip basket but was disappointed to find out that they were out of gravy. This affected my overall meal as I enjoy using gravy with my chicken tenders, toast, and fries. It's essential for customers to receive what is advertised on the menu, especially when ordering through the drive-thru. I also encountered issues with missing ketchup in a previous order. I believe having gravy available around the clock is crucial for a seamless dining experience. While the food quality is exceptional, I urge Whataburger to ensure all menu items are consistently available to customers. Thank you.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your Columbus TX store. While driving back from Houston, my family and I decided to stop at Whataburger for some fast food. After waiting in the drive-thru line for an extended period, we were informed at the window that their shake machine was broken, only offering vanilla. This change wasn't relayed to us when we ordered. To add to the disappointment, we realized missing items - a cookie we paid for wasn't included, and a medium French fry was missing from both our order and receipt. It was a simple order, and these errors reflect poorly on the brand. Just thought I'd bring this to your attention. Thank you.

I recently visited the Whataburger store on Chisholm Trail and McPherson St. on Sunday. I ordered a double meat, a regular Whataburger with cheese, grilled cheese, 2 large onion rings, and a fry. When I got home and started eating, I noticed the meat on the burgers tasted odd and appeared somewhat raw. I returned everything except for the grilled cheese and one fry. The staff mentioned the burgers are cooked on a timer and only replaced the burgers. Unfortunately, our dinner was ruined as we couldn't enjoy the onion rings without the burgers. Our $27.00 dinner was affected, and I would appreciate a more thorough resolution to this. I am a fan of Whataburger, but the meat quality the other day was not up to par. I've experienced issues with my last two orders from your Burkburnett, Texas store. Two weeks ago, I ordered food for my family of four and found a missing medium French fry. Tonight's order was also incorrect, as I received a single meat burger instead of the double I requested, despite customizing it. While I understand mistakes can happen, this recurring issue is frustrating. I typically choose Whataburger when dining out. I have been experiencing continuous issues with Whataburger #[redacted] on Manchaca and 7. On numerous occasions, I have faced challenges such as my orders being incorrect or missing items after paying. The drive-thru wait times are extremely long, and there was an incident where I was stuck for over an hour. Rectifying mistakes in my order is also a hassle. It is frustrating to not receive the correct items initially and then have to return to the store due to their inefficiencies. Despite being a loyal customer who spends $30 to $50 per visit, I am disappointed with the poor service at this location. I have been a resident in this area for 30 years, and it is disheartening that the closest Whataburger to my home fails to meet basic service standards. This situation needs significant improvement.

I have a concern with the commercials shown by your company. I am disappointed that the advertisements feature only Spanish individuals. As an American customer, I believe that commercials should represent a diverse American population. Until I see more inclusive commercials with American people, I will not be dining at your restaurants. It is important for companies to reflect the diverse range of their customers in their marketing. I am troubled by the current approach and feel that it does not align with the values of many Americans. I will be sharing my disappointment with others to bring attention to this issue. I've been a loyal customer of What a Burger for quite a while and have always enjoyed the food. However, lately, the service has been consistently slow. During my recent visit, I waited in the drive-thru for over an hour for just two jr burgers, fries, and onion rings. Despite my repeated order confirmation, there was still confusion, and I noticed several drinks waiting at the counter. Sadly, this prolonged wait seems to be a recurring issue at your establishment, making it the slowest among others. After this last experience, I've decided not to endure the wait again.

On August 27, [redacted], my daughter and I stopped at a Whataburger in Seguin, Texas. We initially went through the drive-through but decided to go inside after waiting 7 to 8 minutes. I observed around 10 to 11 employees not being very productive, except for a man named Mark Martin who was folding boxes. Despite ordering promptly, we had to wait around 15 to 20 minutes while others who came after us got their meals first. After inquiring about our order with Hayward Smith, we were informed it was on its way. I then asked for a refund, and despite the inconvenience due to issues with the card machine, I received a cash refund. Just as the refund was handed to me, our order was ready, but an employee, mistakenly thinking I declined it, made an inappropriate comment and reached for the food. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied. I have worked in the television industry following Gordon Ramsay's work ethic and business model for 18 years and was disappointed in the service at this Whataburger location. I do not recommend any individuals from that establishment for employment or wish to return given the poor management I witnessed during my visit.

However, when I tried to log into the scheduling app this morning using my employee ID number - [redacted], I discovered that my account had been suspended. I need the corporate office to address this issue promptly via email today since my manager will not be available until tomorrow.

At 10:47 AM on 10/22/22, I utilized the drive-thru service at restaurant [redacted] due to my disability. My order number is [redacted]. After waiting approximately 16-17 minutes, I received my order but realized I didn't receive a fork to eat with. Despite having to wait in line again, I informed a staff member of the missing item, waited for them to retrieve it, and then waited once more in the line. When I finally received my fork and went to eat, I found that my scrambled eggs were cold and ended up throwing them away after just a few bites. I then went to a competitor of Whataburger nearby where I received prompt service and hot food. I hope that Whataburger improves their drive-thru operations to avoid congestion, provide better customer service, and ensure food quality. Best of luck to them in the future.

My husband and I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to place our order. Unfortunately, a fight broke out in the kitchen, causing further delays. It took an additional 25 minutes before our order was finally taken, but then it was never fulfilled. Despite having people in front of us, the manager and employees did not acknowledge us. My husband, who is diabetic, needed protein urgently, so we had to leave and go to a different restaurant. Is there any way we can be compensated for the time we wasted and the way we were treated at the restaurant?

I recently purchased two $15 Whataburger gift cards for my parents, but they were unable to use them as they were inactive with no funds. The trainee employee who processed my purchase seemed unfamiliar with handling gift cards, and it appears that they were not properly activated. Currently employed at the Crossroads location, my boss Jad has been sharing personal details about my breakup with my boyfriend Erik to Andrew Vasquez, who used to work here and is now a GM at another location. This breach of privacy has caused unnecessary drama, leading to my decision to find a new job and living situation for the sake of my daughter. I recently dined at Galveston Restaurant [redacted] this morning. I purchased two BOB Sausage meals with drinks and was disappointed with the sandwiches I received. After waiting for my order, I was served meals that were only lukewarm. In a rush for church, I called their contact number but was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before the call disconnected.
