Hello my name is Charly Smith I had started a GoFundMe campaign for Gabriel Vargas my sons dad, the day after he was hit by a car and killed. When I started it, we were doing it to help his mother pay for the funeral costs. At his funeral I took the $*** that had been raised, to give to her, and she told me to keep it for my son and I. Her other son, Carlos, my sons-dads-brother, got upset that she didn’t tell me to give him the money. Then he contacted you guys and SOMEHOW you guys then took $**.** back out of my empty account, to which I was charged an overdraft fee of $**.** as well as a $**.** extended overdraft service charge. And now I owe my bank $***.**. I do not understand how you could take money from a woman having to cope with her sons devastation and trauma from seeing his father die right in front of him. As if I didn’t have enough on my plate. I’m consulting with a lawyer. You shouldn’t be able to take money from my account like that, I’m very disappointed with this and cannot believe you had any right to take money from my account without contacting me and speaking to me first.

I would like this be resolved by getting back the $***.**
