I a few months back asked to end my rolling contract I had for years due to poor service and my phone cutting off and you sending an apparent new sim needed to my old address. this caused me a lot of problems I have wasted nearly * whole hours talking-to a representative. the number is now canceled. that's fine but I've been told on two occasions now I will get my refund of £** * months worth of bills the last one you took out even after I had cancelled which isn't on so I had to go into my bank and cancel the direct debit as god knows how much longer you would have continued to do so if I had not checked. you have over charged me massively in the past just by your own mistake. you can check my details and see I had not used any of my allowances since aug, sept oct. And just a text in July which I also think you should refund me for I had to pay credit on a pay as you go phone cos of you guys, been overcharged in the past. rubbish customer service wasted * hours of my time and loads of stress. I want to know who to properly complain to please. and want my £*** refund at least. you should have all my calls recorded. name is Joanna young. my new number is ***********.
