The contract was due to end, I rang to cancel, expecting the ** days notice.*I rang end of july, was told to ring back a week later, which I did. Cancelled the plan.*Paid my last payment in August and canceled the DD.Last week I was sent a bill for sept ? I rang, after * departments and * and a half hours later i was told it was now cancelled.*I paid sept even though I didnt owe it but they said if I didnt pay they could not cancel. Today i have been sent a confirmation of a new DD set up for my new airtime??? I have never had such bad customer service, difficulty in communication and feeling so frustrated in the way I been treated. If someone at virgin can contact me asap to assist in confirming that you owe me money and my contract is cancelled this will prevent me sending my compliant to the ombudsman.
