United Technologies Corporation Customer Service Issues

I have been attempting to inquire about the availability of the new Carrier DGAPA Infinity Air Cleaner in Canada for weeks. The Carrier dealer in Winnipeg, Manitoba is unaware and has no information. I called Carrier Canada customer support at 1-[redacted], and they also do not have any details. The previous model, GAPAA, has been discontinued. I tried to learn how the new DGAPA model differs from the old one, but both the local dealer and Carrier customer support were unable to provide any insights. It is disappointing that such a well-established company like Carrier does not provide adequate training to their staff, and they seem unsure how to address customer inquiries. I am hoping to reach out to UTC for assistance.

It has been almost a year, and I have yet to receive 7 months of my pension. The checks from RTX keep bouncing due to insufficient funds when I deposit them, causing me financial strain. Despite contacting RTX and being told they are investigating, I have been waiting for another 20 days. I wonder if this delay is due to discrimination against me being Mexican. The situation has left me in debt, as my bank charges me for each bounced check from BNY Mellon. Additionally, RTX cannot transfer funds directly to my overseas account. I feel frustrated that such a large company cannot resolve this issue promptly. I urgently need my pension payments to be processed correctly without further delays or bounced checks causing additional bank charges.
