Hello, I am Vernene Rogers. I encountered an issue with the system while attempting to file my weekly benefits. Instead of allowing me to file my weekly benefits, it automatically led me to file a new claim without giving me an option. I contacted customer support to address this issue as I was unable to get through initially, and they mentioned they would send an email to rectify the error. However, the problem persists, showing that I have a new claim. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I risk losing a week of benefits and facing financial difficulties. I urge someone to address this promptly as I am seeking assistance to rectify this error.

On May 5, [redacted], I applied for unemployment benefits. After being informed that I didn't qualify for regular unemployment, I was advised by a specialist that I qualified for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA). Despite the assurance of being contacted the following day to proceed with my application, I haven't received any updates or payments yet. It's now July 21, [redacted], and I'm still waiting, finding it challenging to speak with a representative to address my concerns. As a substitute teacher, I have been out of work since March, due to school closures. The PUA program has ended, leaving me without the financial support I was counting on. Despite promises of being contacted promptly to help with my situation, no one has followed up, causing significant frustration. I urgently require assistance to receive the payments that are rightfully due to me.

I applied for unemployment in May with Tennessee and Louisiana wages from the 1st and 2nd half of [redacted]. Louisiana deemed me monetarily ineligible even though my Tennessee wages were not considered. After multiple attempts to rectify this by calling and emailing documents, I made changes online only for my claim to be canceled and a new one started on July 19. Despite applying for the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) on both claims, I have not received any benefits or explanation for the delays. I was instructed to file either a Louisiana or Tennessee claim, but I am yet to receive any payments, putting me at risk of losing my home. I believe I am entitled to these benefits and have been facing undue hardship due to the delays. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have not received my weekly benefits for the week ending November 28. Additionally, I have been trying to reach the UI office for three weeks to respond to the message sent to me on October 8, but have been unsuccessful. I am also concerned about the PUA payment from August 1 to September 5 that I never received. I am unable to get through to speak to anyone about this issue. Please have a representative contact me as soon as possible. I am still unemployed due to the pandemic and had to close my own business because of it. I have been trying to get through but keep getting disconnected. I have not received the $[redacted] PUA payment and only received my unemployment benefits of $[redacted] per week until this week when I did not receive anything. I have bills and children to support and am on the verge of bankruptcy. Please assist me. My contact number is [redacted]. Kind regards, L.H.

I filed for unemployment and renewed my claim on 11/01/[redacted]. I've been calling for four weeks, and after speaking with a representative, they advised me to wait. I tried to file this weekend, but now everything is incorrect online. There's an old claim from 2[redacted] preventing me from filing, so I had to start a new claim. I contacted a representative, who mentioned it's a glitch that should resolve itself if I wait. However, I have been unable to reach anyone despite calling and emailing. Each time I call, it says the call cannot be completed. I'm in need of assistance.

I received $[redacted] in weekly benefits starting in July. I believed I had 18 months of benefits. In December, they stopped all payments and asked everyone to refile after the 26th. Now, I received a determination letter stating I am not eligible for any benefits. I have only been on benefits for 5 months. I also got a letter about a different program, but I am unsure if I qualify since I am not receiving unemployment benefits. I am concerned about how I will sustain myself without the $[redacted] weekly payment. I did not refile; I just continued with my existing claim for 5 months, thinking I had more time left. I am unsure what steps to take next.

I recently changed banks and mistakenly entered the wrong account number on the Louisiana unemployment website, causing a payment rejection. Regrettably, this has resulted in both this recent payment and a previous one being stuck in "In Progress" status. I have updated my new bank account's routing and account numbers on the unemployment site and am eager for these payments to be reissued correctly. Despite attempting to reach a live person through the Baton Rouge unemployment phone number on my designated day, I have been unable to connect due to high call volumes, resulting in an automatic hang-up message. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I need to confirm that my work search verification for Sunday, January 31, [redacted], through Saturday, February 6, [redacted], has been received. While finalizing my work search on Monday, February 8, [redacted], a power outage interrupted the process, and I couldn't properly exit the program. Upon regaining access, I was unable to locate the information on the website under weekly claim certification. I have a photocopy of the three job searches I submitted during this period, which I sent through messages. I would appreciate assistance in verifying if the system received my submissions or if they were received in my messages. Please reach out to me, Mary K. T., at [redacted] or [redacted] for clarification. Thank you, Mary K. T.

I am experiencing difficulties receiving my payment. I was requested to provide photos with an ID, which I managed to do through my sister. As I am not tech-savvy, I encountered challenges during this process. It is frustrating to see others receive payments without prior work experience while I have been working hard all my life without receiving my due. The situation is dire as my son and I might face homelessness next month due to the delay in payment. Please address this issue promptly as it is causing great distress. I apologize for my strong language earlier; I am feeling overwhelmed. Gas and food have become unaffordable, and the disparity is disheartening. I hope for a swift resolution.
