I recently had a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case that was dismissed in July [redacted] due to human error. Although the case did not include my student loans, I am being told I need to resolve this matter before I can obtain my student loans. The judge ordered the case dismissed, leaving me in a difficult situation. I have a note on my to-do list to address this with the NSLD and Financial Department, but I am still facing issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
