Hi this is my complant letter to UPS.*****Hi can you or someone who understand parcel handling and delivery proceeder explain to me, how is it a parcel which went out for delivery one day, which did not get delivered for whatever reason, was returned to depot and schedule to be delivered the next day, suddenly got lost and a list of incorrect information got attached to it.*This parcel have special instruction on it, not to be delivered anywhere other than named delivery address. *First delivery should have been on ********** did not, because there was no one at home, the driver took it to a drop of point, which was refuse, I was let a collection card, the person at the collection point told me they refuse it and I should contact UPS centre which I did and was told it would be delivered next day.*This is were my problem start, in the morning I phone to confirm that I would get my parcel, I was assured by the operator that my parcel is on the van and out for delivery between *.**pm and *.**pm, in my area at *.**pm I phone to in enquire where is my parcel, it still not arrive, once again I was told it would be with me by *.**pm.*At *.**pm I phone again this time to request that I will go to the depot and collect my parcel my self, I was then told my was parcel was never out for delivery and it is at the depot, I took a day of work to get this parcel because it is that important to my job, and for your operators to have lied to me all day, is very upsetting and disturbing to think they don't know me and this the way they are prepared to treat customers, which speaks volume of your customer service training and practice.**Second I got to the depot and tried to collect my parcel after some difficulty to getting some one to come to customer service counter, I was made to wait for over *.* hours only to be told they can't find my parcel because they have thousand of Christmas parcel piled up on top of my parcel, they also said one of the driver took the parcel out without scanning it and brought it back, but they can't find it.*So if it never left the depot or scanned why was I told it would be delivered and how is it possible for drivers to take parcels out of the depot without scanning, how do you keep tracking of it.*This is a high value item so I'm not surprise it went missing if drivers can take items without scanning.*I would like you to recover my parcel because it was the last one my supplier had and it cost me lot of money which means because of your company incompetence as cost me lot of money to day which I can never get back, not that this would trouble your company.*All I want UPS to find and deliver my Parcel.
