I accidentally triggered a charge for credits I did not wish to purchase without any prior warning or confirmation prompt. It took me around 20 minutes to locate any contact information for this website. I insist on this issue being resolved promptly. I will only buy credits when I choose to, as the current setup appears to be designed to generate money by default. I am willing to continue using this site under my own payment conditions. Failure to address this immediately will lead me to report this intentional action to the appropriate authorities. A swift response is crucial as I do not have sufficient funds in my account to cover this charge and my bank will charge me for it.

Hello, I have a subscription with Twoo, and the costs were being deducted from a credit card that was registered on my phone. However, this card belongs to a friend of mine, which I used years ago to make a payment and remained saved in my phone. When I recently subscribed to Twoo, the charges were also deducted from this same credit card of my friend. I had no knowledge of this. He found it strange that he was being charged €9.99 each time, so he eventually blocked his card. As a result, I now have a payment delay. I tried to change the payment method on my iPhone, but Apple informed me that it's not possible due to the outstanding payment. They said I need to pay first. I'm willing to pay, but I'm unsure of the amount or where to send it. I'm unable to call you to discuss. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed. I understand the need to make the payment and I'm committed to doing so, but I don't know where to transfer the funds. I hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Charles H.

Unfortunately, there are several individuals, especially foreigners, who are using this platform to commit fraud or deceive women for their own purposes. Why do they contact Mexican women? What is their intention? There might be people who genuinely feel an extreme need to be with someone special, and these unscrupulous individuals take advantage of their vulnerability to deceive them cruelly. I have received various emails in my account from men sending fake photos and information to deceive others. I urge you to pay attention to these individuals who are only looking to deceive people through your widely recognized platform. Please block access to these people. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my Twoo account. I recently opened an email from an acquaintance that led me to register on Twoo. However, I have never engaged in conversations with anyone on the platform. I reached out to customer service this week explaining that this unintended registration is now causing significant issues in my marriage. I requested for my profile to be deleted and for Twoo to confirm that I never actively used the account. Yesterday, I received confirmation that my profile was deleted. Still, I urgently need Twoo to email me verification that I did not interact with any users. This is crucial in resolving the misunderstanding with my husband. I did not give permission for Twoo.com to make recurring charges. You have utilized my account information without authorization to withdraw funds, as I did not purchase any services this time and did not intend to. Please respond promptly regarding the reimbursement of 23.99 €. I will retract the bank complaint once the funds are returned. I urge you to address this issue promptly to avoid me escalating this matter on social media platforms like Facebook, where I have a large network. I paid $14.99 on March 22nd for a one-time week-long access to see one person's response. However, Twoo deducted another $14.99 on April 22nd without authorization. I request a refund for the unauthorized charge and to stop the monthly deductions. I seldom find anyone worth engaging with on the site and usually delete emails regarding others' interests in my profile as they are often not a good match. Thank you. Akhter Rahman

I have recently reported three fake profiles on Twoo that turned out to be scam accounts, which is very concerning. I always follow the guidelines and rules on Twoo, so I am puzzled as to why I received a suspension warning for supposed misconduct. Can you please clarify the reasons for this warning and provide information about the moderator who issued it? I am proactive in identifying scammers by using Google to cross-check photos and profiles. One instance involved a person pretending to be a girl but was actually a guy using YouTube makeup tutorial images under a different name. Despite these challenges, I have enjoyed using the site to chat and potentially meet new people. However, the site's struggle with managing fraudulent activities is evident, and it's crucial to address this issue instead of penalizing users who report scams. I urge Twoo to improve its moderation process to safeguard members and enhance its reputation. I requested the cancellation of my Twoo account but have not been successful. I reached out to their support for assistance in canceling my account, but I have not received a response yet. I am still being charged on my credit card despite not being able to access my Twoo account due to an incorrect password/account issue. I have attempted to reset my password, but I have been unsuccessful. Even after trying all my email addresses, it states that the registered email address is incorrect. I urgently want my account canceled to stop the charges and seek a refund if possible as I have been paying for over a year without receiving any services.
