My customer ID is ****** which I received from a very unpleasant customer service representative. I did notice that online your customer service received onlyn* stars. That is pretty generous after what inexperienced. *Our home, which is less than * years old, needed a new compressor. While I did not have to pay for the compressor I had to pay for all the labor and parts which amounted to $****.**. I couldn’t believe that a compressor which is not even * years old couldn’t last through the summer. I am presently * months pregnant with * young children and we had to endure unbearable heat as we had no where to go and the repairman couldn’t come for * days. This is a unacceptable and I feel that Trane should bear some responsibility for having such a faulty product for which we had to bear the expense of replacing. The serial no. Of the unit Is *****JLJ*F. The model no. Is *TTR****D*****NA. There is no other way I could get another number unless the entire unit was dismantled. I can also send you a picture of the entire label if you need it. *I certainly hope you can help defray some of the cost since this is so amazing to everyone we know who has heard about our issue with trane.
