Took my family out for a meal and ordered 6 meals and drinks. Two cheeseburgers were part of the order, but when they arrived, they were plain without any cheese, condiments, or toppings. The waitress called the manager to resolve the issue, but it took almost 25 minutes to receive two cold cheese slices on a plate. By then, the burgers were cold, and the cheese didn't have a chance to melt properly. We never received the toppings or Mayo we requested, and our drinks weren't refilled promptly. The experience was disappointing, considering the high bill we paid for the subpar service and cold food.

I bought a $[redacted] gift card to use for purchasing items at the facility, but when I tried to use it, I was informed it can only be used for game time. This was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. The MOD mentioned that others have faced the same issue, and they are working on it. I need the credit refunded so I can use it as intended. Not having a contact number after spending $[redacted] is frustrating. The lack of clarity has left me and my family disappointed. I hope for a prompt response, even without a direct phone line for assistance. I'm very unhappy with this situation and would appreciate your help resolving it.

Hello, I am seeking guidance on how to contact Human Resources directly to address an issue. During my interview process at TopGolf, I experienced difficulties with the recruiter. Initially, the recruiter missed our scheduled interview, requiring me to initiate a reschedule. During the rescheduled interview, the recruiter was late, appeared disengaged, and asked repetitive questions. Despite my efforts, I did not feel heard or given a fair opportunity. Following the interview, I had to contact the recruiter for updates, only to receive an email stating they are moving forward with other candidates. I believe I am qualified for the position and have relevant experience. Seeing the same job reposted leads me to seek a fair assessment. On May 9th, I accepted an offer for Oil of Olay products through WGT and TapJoy. I have contacted both companies numerous times about the purchase, the offer details, the dates, and the amount of credits involved. TapJoy verified that I was supposed to receive 24,[redacted] credits for the offer, but they only credited me with 10,[redacted]. Although TapJoy acknowledged the discrepancy, they said they couldn't issue the remaining credits because the case was closed. They advised me to send a letter to WGT with specific wording to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, WGT has been unresponsive except for acknowledging my initial request. I feel frustrated and concerned that this may be a scam. Despite purchasing the Olay products, I am unable to receive the remaining 13,[redacted] credits owed to me as per the message I received indicating the error in the credit amount. I urge either company to provide me with the correct credits promptly, or I will have no choice but to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau as a potentially fraudulent activity involving Top Golf, WGT, and TapJoy.

I purchased two $50 Top Golf gift cards for the holidays. However, when my son attempted to use his card, he was informed that there was no balance on it. He had to use an alternative method of payment. It is worth noting that my daughter's card still has the full $50 balance. After visiting the store where I bought the cards and confirming everything was correct on their end, they recommended reaching out to Top Golf for further assistance. They advised that I request transaction history, something they are unable to provide on their end.

This will be my sixth year hosting a corporate event at the Edison, NJ venue, and unfortunately, we are facing some recurring issues. My main concern for this year's event on 9/23/22 is the significant drop in temperature expected. Despite a lack of rain or strong winds in the forecast, I am now informed that there are only two heaters and two fire pits available for the entire rooftop area we rented. This is far from sufficient to keep all guests comfortable, especially considering cooler evenings at this time of year. We were assured in May that the venue would be equipped with an ample amount of heaters. I kindly request a prompt phone call to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

I recently joined the top golf location in Louisville, Kentucky when it first opened. In the same week, I upgraded to a Platinum Elite membership. However, I encountered an issue when trying to upgrade my membership using my original email address. After attempting with two different email addresses, I managed to become a Platinum Elite member with a third email. Now, I have two memberships linked to the same phone number. Unfortunately, every time I check in, they associate me with the lifetime membership instead of recognizing my Platinum Elite benefits. Despite seeking assistance from several managers, the problem persists. I've been assured multiple times that it was resolved for future visits, but it hasn't been. Good Afternoon, I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Casey at Topgolf. While inquiring about adding a third bay to my reservation, Casey's attitude took a negative turn when I mentioned a budget of around $[redacted]. Her behavior became rude, condescending, and dismissive. She even made belittling remarks and seemed uninterested in assisting me further. When I requested to speak with a manager, Casey initially claimed to be the manager before eventually providing me with a way to contact the actual manager. This encounter was upsetting and has led me to consider leaving reviews on platforms like the BBB, Yelp, and Google to caution others about the customer service at Topgolf. Casey's lack of professionalism and customer care has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. This experience has made me reluctant to continue doing business with Topgolf.
