I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always returned to your store. However, I recently ordered a 4-inch robot that was falsely advertised and not what I expected. I paid over $20 for it, and I believe I deserve a refund as credit for the misleading product. Additionally, I have encountered issues with winning tablets and laptops in auctions as my wins were canceled multiple times. I have evidence of this unfair behavior and demand fair play. I received a set of lights with a missing part needed for it to function properly. I kindly request that you send me another set of lights with the missing parts instead of a refund. I have documentation of my orders and the faulty items received. Please address these matters promptly, including the refund as credit and the replacement set of lights, before Christmas. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I have received communication from TopHatter regarding several of my undelivered orders reportedly being collected by a "local carrier" in Clinton, South Australia on October 15th. However, I must clarify that Clinton is a small town with one shop, the local post office, where residents retrieve their mail in person. No local carrier serves the area, making the claim of a carrier delivering my orders seem unlikely. The order numbers affected are as follows: [redacted]53, [redacted]02, [redacted]76, [redacted]40, and [redacted]53. Despite being a frequent buyer with approximately [redacted] purchases, I am considering exploring alternative auction platforms due to this issue. Additionally, I have observed multiple duplicate transactions on my PayPal account and am in the process of investigating and rectifying these discrepancies.

I recently encountered an issue with my account where all my data disappeared, making it seem as if I never had an account at all. As a result, I have lost access to my order history and I am unable to pay for 2 outstanding orders due to this data loss. I have been a loyal customer, having spent over a thousand dollars in the past year, but I am disappointed that many of my orders have not been delivered yet. The application still has my money tied up in undelivered orders. I am requesting either a fix for my account to retrieve my information or a full refund for the undelivered orders. I do enjoy using this app, but I cannot continue to place orders until this issue is resolved. I hope for a prompt resolution as I have documentation of all transactions through my bank. This situation has caused a significant financial inconvenience for me, and I am eager to have it rectified as soon as possible.

I have encountered issues with six orders on Tophatter as the tracking numbers provided in the app do not match my items. Some of the items were refunded while on their way. Despite reaching out to the post office and discovering the tracking numbers don't belong to me, my emails to Tophatter remain unanswered. I have tried contacting them through their help email at help@tophatter, but still no response. Out of over 25 items, six are showing as delivered using incorrect tracking numbers.

Hello, this is Walter Toll. I've ordered around 20 items from your company. Currently, I have multiple orders that are significantly delayed. I've tried to contact your customer service but have not been able to reach anyone in person. I'm waiting for PayPal to get back to me as the payments were made through them. Some of these orders date back to September and have yet to arrive, including a Samsung watch that's nearly 2 months late. I've tried reaching out via email with no response within a day. One item, specifically for fishing, shows as delivered on November 10, but I was home all day and never received it. The tracking information for another item shows it's still far from my location and not yet shipped. I need this resolved promptly.

I purchased item [redacted]14 and paid for it on Oct. 21. I initially used [redacted] to make the purchase, but I can't access that email anymore. I have since updated my email to [redacted], but there seems to be a mix-up as my order shows delivered, yet I have not received it. I tried to notify them through the website but accidentally clicked "return item." This situation has not happened with my previous orders, so I kindly request either the delivery of my items or a refund. Another order for a shirt claims to be in Melrose Park, Ill. My correct address is [redacted] Drexel Rd, Muskegon, MI [redacted], under the name Priscilla Campbell. Please address and resolve these issues promptly. Kindly refund both orders.

I won three remote-controlled toy digger trucks in separate auctions from seller YunYing on Tophatter. The items were described as 15" long, rechargeable, with a remote. However, what I received were very small (2") NON-electrical toy diggers. I have not yet received a response after reaching out with evidence of the discrepancy. Instead, I received two more identical incorrect items. This is misleading, and as a regular Tophatter customer, I am disappointed. I made a purchase on November 27, [redacted] and promptly cancelled it. The refund was supposed to go back to my card, but instead, it was credited to my wallet on their site. The transaction shows a $31.68 credit for order #[redacted]32. I am frustrated that my refund is not back on my card. I have contacted my card company and expressed my concerns. I am considering reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I insist on having my refund back on my card promptly. I am questioning the legitimacy of this company and considering involving appropriate authorities. I expect a resolution as soon as possible to restore my trust in the company.

I wanted to address the recent changes made. There seems to be an issue with displaying and tracking the products. I have been waiting for my order, which includes earrings, vision glasses, toys, and clothes for 2 weeks now. The Lego pieces in the pictures look very small, which is a concern regarding child safety. The images are somewhat misleading. I plan to hold off on any further payments until I can track my order and compare it to my initial purchase in September.

First and foremost, I have not received orders in my mailbox as indicated. I spoke with the supervisor at my post office, and I am happy to provide you with her name and contact information. I provided tracking numbers, but unfortunately, only one of the numbers is a valid tracking number. Secondly, I have been trying to update my credit card information as my previous card was stolen, but I have not received a response in six days. Additionally, an order I placed for clothing did not match the description, so I returned it and was refunded. However, when the replacement arrived, it was the same incorrect item. The website indicates I need to return an item for a refund, but I never even received the original item. I am frustrated and disappointed with the service. I am extremely upset, especially considering I suffer from PTSD, which makes these situations even more challenging for me. It is disheartening that my concerns seem to be acknowledged without any resolution or assistance. This experience has been nothing short of aggravating and time-consuming.

I have been spending a lot of money, and I mean a lot! I am missing around 20 to 30 items that I haven't received. It is frustrating that I can't speak to someone about this issue. Despite sending emails, I haven't received a response. The website is quick to ask for payment and claim items have been shipped, but there is no support for addressing complaints or resolving problems. I can be reached at [redacted]. I have not been receiving any of the orders I placed. When I attempt to update my account details, the system does not allow me to do so. I have spent nearly $[redacted] over the past month and a half, yet I have not received any of the items I ordered.

I placed an order for a Halloween It shirt on October 26, and it was supposed to arrive by November 20. However, it has not arrived yet. I already made the payment for it. If the shirt is not going to be sent, I would like a refund to be issued to my payment card. This experience is quite disappointing and makes me hesitant to place future orders. Additionally, the jewelry I received looks very cheap and is not worth the price that was originally stated. Overall, I am disappointed with these products. - D.S.

I am disappointed that my recent purchases have not arrived on time. One package was mistakenly delivered to Annapolis, MD instead of my location in SC, even though my address is correctly listed on the website. I urgently need the missing items, especially the package I was waiting for. I prefer a refund or the actual delivery over store credits. With the holiday season approaching, these items are essential as budgeted gifts. I have multiple pending deliveries, and the uncertainty is troubling, given the current circumstances. I seek assistance from customer support to understand how this happened and to ensure the safe delivery of my items.

I am experiencing delays with my orders. I have a total of 60 outstanding orders. Tracking information shows issues with the shipment process. Despite this, there seems to be a lack of effort in tracking the items on your end. Some of my shipments are ending up outside of the USA. For example, one package destined for Jackson, MI ended up in Albion, close to Grand Rapids, while another is close to its destination within 35 miles but has not been delivered. I also have two jewelry orders from the same company, both consisting of five items each, but they have not been fulfilled. Specifically, one item with the tracking number [redacted]28 was last seen at Detroit airport after bouncing around various Michigan locations. I am seeking clarification on the current location of this item.

I have been attempting to reach out to Tophatter without success. I had to obtain a new debit card and am unable to update it on the Tophatter platform. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses to the messages I have sent. I have always been a satisfied customer, but am currently facing difficulties. There are three pending orders that they keep postponing, and while I assume I will be refunded for those, without updating my account, I am concerned they will retain the funds. I am dissatisfied with this current situation.

On December 3, [redacted], around 4:41 am, I won three auctions and paid a total of $27.31 via debit. However, all three orders were immediately canceled. T.H. stated via the app that they were working on issuing refunds. Despite sending several emails both within the app and online, I have not received any response or my refund. I'm seeking the return of my funds as it feels like I've been deceived out of my auction wins and my money appears to have been withheld. I recently returned two items, but the seller rejected the return, stating it was too late. The instructions indicated a deadline of mailing by Dec. 2, but the rejection happened on Dec. 12. I am at a loss as I now have neither the items nor the refunded amount. The items in question are fake plastic tanzanite earrings with the following reference numbers: #[redacted]08 and #[redacted]51. I would like the refund to be processed back to my credit card instead of being issued as store credit.

I received a low-quality tablet with previous data on it and requested a refund. After being awarded £62 and given the return address with shipping included, I complied by sending it before the deadline on November 25th. Despite providing the tracking number as requested, the seller closed my case claiming I missed the return timeframe. Unable to ship to China, I emailed Tophatter for help. However, two weeks later, no refund or explanation has been given, just a vague promise to stay in touch. Feeling let down as a regular customer who has bid over 60 times, I am out £66 without a tablet and await a prompt resolution from Tophatter. - Julie B.

I noticed that I have been double-charged on my credit card for transactions that I have no record of. Since April, I have been working to resolve this issue but have not seen the refunds on my card. I always keep copies of my purchases, and this isn't the first time I have been billed for items I never received. There have been several instances where I was charged for products from Clear Crystal that never arrived.
