I have a TalkTalk/Tiscali email account under [redacted], and my wife uses [redacted] Recently, I was informed that since I no longer have a TalkTalk account, my email addresses will be deleted unless I opt for their retention service by paying a fee. My current contract with EE still has several months left, and as TalkTalk won't cover the cost to end it early, I am considering paying to keep the email domain active until the contract ends. After that, I plan to switch to TalkTalk as my provider. Can someone guide me on how to make the payment for this service? Stuart L.

I am looking to permanently delete my Tiscali email account as I no longer use it. I have been unable to access it, possibly because it has been inactive for years or possibly closed by TalkTalk. I recently received a call claiming my Tiscali email had been used fraudulently. I need to confirm if the email has been closed or find a way to do it myself as I can't remember the password. It would be appreciated if old customers were notified of closed email accounts. After our negative experience with a hacking incident leading to ongoing scam calls, we ended our contract with TalkTalk. I signed up for Talk Talk Mail Plus on Saturday, November 30th. However, I'm having trouble accessing my account as my email is not being recognized, even though you are emailing me on this address. I chatted with someone who couldn't resolve the issue, so it was escalated. I haven't received any response or acknowledgment yet and still can't log in. Your 24-hour helpline closes at 8 pm, which is inconvenient. How can I resolve this? If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I will cancel my direct debit and contact the Ombudsman. I'm having trouble accessing my Tiscali account. Initially, it was set up as [redacted], but after switching to broadband, it changed to [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't log in using any of my old passwords, and my banking information doesn't provide any help except for showing a growing monthly payment. I really need to get into my Tiscali account.

I have been without phone and broadband for four days now. I have reached out to your support team twice regarding this issue, once on Monday and again yesterday. Yesterday, I was informed that a check was being conducted, and I was assured a callback on my wife's mobile, as I am currently without mine. Detailed information regarding this problem was provided during a lengthy chat session with agent Richard yesterday, but unfortunately, the assistance provided was not very helpful.

I am reaching out regarding my mother, Kathleen Mary Preston, a vulnerable 89-year-old customer of yours and a member of Talk Talk. She resides at 6 Nabs Head Lane, Samlesbury, near Preston, Lancashire. Unfortunately, she is currently experiencing a communication issue where she is unable to make or receive calls on her landline at 01[redacted]90. I previously emailed you about this, and after checking her equipment, it appears that the Talk Talk box is faulty, as per a neighbor's observation of warnings on the panel. This problem has persisted for over four days, and given my current location abroad and family members in quarantine due to recent travel, visiting her in person is not an option. Please provide advice on how this issue can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I have had a Tiscali email address for quite a few years, but earlier this year, it seemed like the account was hacked. The hacker got into my Facebook and eBay accounts. Luckily, I noticed this early on, so there was no financial impact. However, my Tiscali account got suspended, and I haven't had the chance to address this until now due to lockdown and COVID-19 disruptions. I would really appreciate it if my Tiscali email could be reinstated as it affects my personal life significantly, especially with annual renewals and personal contacts. My Tiscali email was or is [redacted], but for now, I'm using my work email, [redacted] Could you please guide me on how to resolve and restore my Tiscali address? Thank you, Tim

I need assistance with a package sent from the UK to Nigeria by Mrs. Ella Peter. She provided me with the following customer service numbers to contact: [redacted]3 and [redacted]9. After communicating with the sender, I was informed to send some documents, and in return, I received a box. The offer suggested I either collect the box in person or request a home delivery by providing my address. I opted for home delivery and was asked to pay 9,500N for the booking. An account number ([redacted]04 fabo agi) was provided for the payment which I completed. However, after informing the sender, I was told I actually needed to pay 29,[redacted] - 20,[redacted] for booking and 9,[redacted] for delivery. I would appreciate it if someone could verify this situation for me.

I provided Talk Talk with my account number [redacted] and reported the issue with my telephone service on 12 October. Despite explaining that I consistently lose service during inclement weather, the customer service representative dismissed my concerns, suggesting the problem was with my phones. Following their advice, I purchased new Panasonic phones, but the issue persists - the message "check phone line" continues to display. This ongoing problem has left me without reliable telephone service, causing distress to my family in America. Despite previous occurrences and attempts to resolve it, Talk Talk has not provided a lasting solution. Moreover, I now find myself in possession of an unnecessary phone system due to the misguided troubleshooting approach.

I canceled my talktalk service three times over the phone months ago, yet I received a set-top box that I did not request. The delivery person left after I signed for it. We have been using Virgin for months now and do not need the package. I require the set-top box to be collected as soon as possible. I was assured when canceling that no cancellation fee would be applied, and any unauthorized charges will result in fraud charges being filed.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my email address when trying to access Talktalk.co.uk via Windows Live Mail. Despite having the password saved, I am intermittently informed that the password is incorrect. Interestingly, I can still log into Talktalk.co.uk using the same credentials. In the past, resetting the password resolved the problem and allowed access to both platforms. However, today when I changed the password and confirmed access to Talktalk.co.uk, I was unable to retrieve emails on either the website or Live Mail using the new password. While I can still use my other two Talktalk email accounts, the main email associated with my Talktalk login is inaccessible.

I have been receiving recurring emails from [redacted] stating that my emails were not delivered to an unknown recipient, [redacted], due to exceeded storage allocation. This issue initially occurred only when using my iPhone or iPad but now happens with my PC as well. I have decided to block the [redacted] address today as I am tired of receiving these messages. I am unsure of who aliebowen is or how this address got linked to my emails. I would appreciate it if this problem could be resolved promptly, and I would like an explanation of what is causing this.

I recently received a letter from TalkTalk informing me that my contract is ending on February 22nd. The letter provided options to either change my package or do nothing, resulting in continued service at a higher rate. I've decided to switch to a different provider, who has been in touch with TalkTalk to coordinate the transfer. I'm aware of the email regarding settling any outstanding payments, and I'm okay with that. I missed a call from TalkTalk yesterday due to being busy, and I unfortunately couldn't take the call back today due to work commitments. I felt rushed during the call and scheduled a callback for 2 pm, forgetting about another important call expected after 2 pm. I want to clarify that I am indeed leaving TalkTalk, appreciate the service provided, and am willing to clear any remaining balance before the end of my contract. Thank you, Margaret F.

A few months ago, my computer was hacked, and since then, I've been unable to access my Tiscali emails, relying solely on my Gmail instead. My Tiscali account doesn't recognize my password, suggesting that the hacker changed it. Despite three unsuccessful online chats, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, when I attempt to log in, I am informed that my account number is incorrect. This lack of access prevents me from canceling my account, leading to continued monthly charges. I am no longer under contract and wish to switch providers, but reaching Tiscali proves challenging as their phones go unanswered. The Tiscali email at the center of this problem is "[redacted]"

We reached out to you on May 7th about Mr. Bak's email password issue. Mr. Bak recently got a new computer and forgot his email password. After verifying details, he provided the landline number [redacted]4 and his wife's email [redacted] as alternatives. Despite being assured of a resolution in 3 days via phone or email, it has been 5 days without a password, impacting Mr. Bak's work. His email is [redacted] with a previous password of redbaron. Direct debit payments are from the joint account of PA & T Bak, account number [redacted], service user reference [redacted], and reference number [redacted]. As loyal customers, this service delay prompts us to consider switching providers.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Tiscali emails because my password is not being accepted. Initially, I received a letter indicating they couldn't send my bill due to inbox access issues. Upon investigation, I discovered my Tiscali address was no longer supported, and I had to change it to my Beemans email to receive bills. Although I successfully changed the address and password, I am now unable to access my Tiscali inbox as it does not recognize the password. I've had two unsuccessful attempts with the help desk, with the last representative being unhelpful and suggesting I seek assistance from a younger person. This situation has caused me significant distress, as I have not been able to access my Tiscali emails since May 1st. I have updated my login details for essential websites but remain at a loss on how to resolve the email access issue. I simply need help setting up a new password to retrieve my incoming emails.

A few weeks ago, I noticed a significant drop in my download speed, ranging from 5mbps to 24mbps, even though I have the Fibre 65 package. There haven't been any changes in the house that could be causing the signal problem, and I've already followed the troubleshooting advice on your website. According to your website, the signal to my router is fine, and the router itself is working correctly. However, both my laptop (connected via Ethernet) and my mobile phone (connected wirelessly) are experiencing slow speeds, with my mobile only reaching 27mbps. It seems evident that the issue lies with the router since it is affecting multiple devices. Additionally, my YouView box is also responding slowly, possibly due to its age. I would appreciate some guidance on how to address these connectivity issues.

Hello, my name is Mark R. I've had a Tiscali email address for around 18 years. Unfortunately, I've recently been unable to access it as I'm being prompted for a password. I don't recall ever having a password for my emails as I've always been able to open them without one. I suspect it might have been linked to one of my past broadband accounts with AOL, Tiscali, or BT. I simply need help retrieving or resetting my password to access my important emails. Occasionally, I face issues with Tiscali emails being rejected and prompting for a password, even though it has not been changed. The problem persists despite re-entering the displayed password. Strangely, a few hours later, the emails go through fine. This inconsistency is frustrating and should not occur. If the rejection is legitimate, then the password prompt is misleading, indicating a potential software error. Could this be attributed to problems within the TalkTalk email system or is there another cause for this inconsistency?

I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of the router from the delivery company for three days now. My service needs to be in place by Monday as that's when you will start billing me. Unfortunately, there have been no updates provided in the tracking system by the company. I was charged nearly £10 for delivery, yet the company has proven to be unreliable. I am not interested in their delays, as this is not my issue. I cannot connect to the service without the equipment, causing me stress as I wait daily as advised by their customer service to just wait. I am requesting the router to be delivered by tomorrow and a refund for the delivery charge.
