I ordered a standard space tie with a black background, but my son wanted a skinny space tie instead. After speaking with a representative, I returned the original tie and they processed an even exchange for the skinny space tie. However, despite returning the tie in November [redacted], I have yet to receive the new one as it was on backorder until December 5th, and I sent the return via UPS in early December. I have received an email acknowledging my request for the exchange or store credit, but I have not seen the refund on my bank statement yet. My name is D.
