Hello, my name is Susan from Vermont. I face challenges due to disabilities and rely on disability benefits. My hips need replacing, but due to pulmonary hypertension, I am unable to undergo anesthesia. I'm interested in a service animal, which I believe could greatly improve my quality of life. While the government only recognizes dogs and mini horses as service animals, a service cat would be ideal for me. Unfortunately, cats are not widely accepted as service animals yet. There is a company in North Carolina called Aristocrat Bengals that trains cats extensively, and I am considering getting one. The cost for a trained cat ranges from $8,[redacted] to $11,[redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance in obtaining a service cat to help me regain some independence and joy in life. I can be reached at my phone number [redacted]. Looking forward to a positive response. Sincerely, Susan.

This morning, I had a disturbing experience with a can of Blue Wilderness Chicken and Salmon Grill dog food I purchased from Amazon. When I opened the can, it "exploded" forcefully, releasing putrid-smelling liquid. I am concerned about the safety as it could have caused injury or harm to my dogs. The cans have the following markings on the bottom: BEST BY: [redacted] JAN24 and LOT: [redacted]4X16:5462WSS. I have contacted Amazon about this issue and now seeking assistance from you. I have decided not to purchase Blue Buffalo products in the future due to this incident. I urge you to address this matter promptly to prevent any potential risks. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will explore other actions to resolve this matter.

My name is Patricia Herman. I advocate for wolves and lead a Native American [redacted](c)(3) organization. I am seeking support through donations to protect the wolves in Yellowstone National Park. With less than 60 wolves remaining, urgent action is necessary to prevent neighboring states from luring these wolves out of the safety of the park for hunting. Utilizing Native American Sacred Resource Zone laws, we aim to prevent these killings. Remembering the losses of famous wolves like 06 and Spitfire 926F underscores the critical situation. As a company that includes wolves in your commercials, I believe we share a common interest in preserving these vital creatures for the ecosystem's balance in Yellowstone. Wolves play a significant role in maintaining the park's biodiversity, as shown in the impactful video "How Wolves Changed Rivers." I kindly request a conversation to explore how your company can contribute to our cause. Thank you for your time and consideration. Patricia Herman, President of Protect the Wolves [redacted].

I have attempted multiple times to buy Blue Buffalo Dog Food with a $4.00 coupon at Publix but have been unsuccessful. Publix has made it challenging to redeem the manufacturer coupon, which is disappointing as your product is costly, but I want to ensure my 3 dogs like it before purchasing at full price. I had both a $4.00 and a $5.00 Publix coupon, making each bag just 25 cents. I possessed 4 of each coupon, enough for 8 bags to last me until next month. I wanted to bring to your attention that Publix seems to be hindering customers from purchasing your product. A friend who buys dog food on sale for donations also faced difficulties with the Blue Buffalo deal at Publix. This situation feels unfair, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Thank you for listening.

Hello, my name is Tracy Davis. I want to discuss my experience with Blue Buffalo cat and dog foods. I recently lost one of my dogs due to heart problems. His heart was enlarged three times the normal size, and he passed away right before I could take him home from the vet. Sadly, his heart condition was fatal. Now, my other dog is showing similar symptoms with an enlarged heart and other health issues. I came across an article mentioning that grain-free foods can lead to severe heart problems. To my disappointment, I realized I have been unknowingly feeding my pets food that may have caused harm. I have been loyal to Blue Buffalo for years, believing it was the healthiest choice. I seek clarification on how this situation occurred and why these products are still being sold. Losing my beloved dog has been devastating, and I fear for the well-being of my other pets. Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.

I recently fed my three dogs Blue Buffalo. Unfortunately, my German Shepherd fell ill and incurred $[redacted] in vet bills due to an immunity infection caused by a new ingredient in her system. After switching to Purina Pro Plan Focus and administering medication, she began to improve. She spent ten consecutive days at the vet, including two emergency weekend visits. I purchase from Chewy, who kindly offered a refund. However, I encountered difficulties completing the online form as it requests the packaged date instead of the Best Buy date, which is the only date available. This experience has been costly and troubling, considering the significant amount spent on vet bills due to feeding your product. Best regards, Jesssica W.

I have a concern about the food I recently purchased. I am worried about feeding it to my dogs and would like to speak with someone to address the issue. One bag had an excessive amount of blueberries compared to the other contents, and another bag I opened had very few blueberries and pieces of food clumped together as if they were wet and dried. This inconsistency and the inability to contact you 24/7 is unsettling as I need to know what to feed my dogs in the meantime. I made my purchase through Chewy. My name is Andrea Morey and I can be reached at [redacted]. Please contact me as soon as possible as the well-being of my dogs is important to me.

Hello, good evening. I have two service dogs, a St. Bernard and another from a tail nation, trained to sense seizures. Due to my disability, I struggle to afford their Blue Buffalo lamb or beef canned food, which is over two dollars each. I would appreciate any assistance in covering their food expenses for a month or two. My dogs are legitimate service animals licensed in Michigan. Thank you for considering my request for help. I am not very familiar with the internet due to my traumatic brain injury, so feel free to reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Your help would mean a lot to me. Have a blessed day.

I am reaching out for assistance due to the significant price increase of Blue Buffalo dog food, which has made it unaffordable for my two service dogs who help detect seizures. Being on a fixed income and with prices escalating due to Covid, I am struggling to provide them with their favorite Blue Buffalo lamb and rice canned food. I am kindly requesting any available sponsorships or free coupons to help me continue feeding them this essential diet. Each day, they consume four cans of Blue Buffalo, which adds up quickly. With only $80 weekly, any support would be greatly appreciated. My two beloved dogs, a Dalmatian and a St. Bernard, are registered in Michigan and are my cherished companions. Your generosity in providing food and treats would mean a lot to us. Thank you for considering assisting us during this challenging time. Sincerely, Susan J.

Subject: Blue Buffalo Puppy Food Quality Concern Dear Blue Buffalo Customer Service, I have been feeding my puppy Blue Buffalo puppy food since January [redacted]. Recently, my eight-month-old bulldog mix fell ill with severe diarrhea and lethargy. After eliminating various factors, it became clear that the issue was with your food. Switching to a different brand resolved the problem. The symptoms only appeared with the last two bags of BB food purchased, particularly the large bag item #[redacted][redacted]. I am reaching out to request a full refund for the affected bags. I believe in giving the company a chance to address the issue before taking further action. Despite not having the UPCs, I trust your system can trace the problematic items with the information from my receipts. I am open to resolving this matter internally and may consider using your brand in the future if this is addressed satisfactorily. I am not seeking coupons, just a resolution for the food quality problem encountered. Your prompt attention to this matter within the next 14 business days is appreciated. Sincerely, Kevin J. On May 23, [redacted], I bought 4 packages of Blue Wilderness cat treats in Tasty Trout flavor, 2oz each. Upon opening the first package later that day, I discovered a foul odor, darkish gray, black, and green caked up inside the seams, lining, and coating of the product. I returned to Walmart with the receipt but was informed that due to COVID-19, no refunds or exchanges were possible. I called the company on the afternoon of May 26, and the representative ([redacted]) was extremely rude, interrupting me constantly and dismissive of my issue. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, she advised me to take it back to Walmart, showing no concern. Her lack of empathy and unprofessionalism left a negative impression of Blue Wilderness. I was left feeling mistreated and disappointed due to the representative's unhelpful attitude.
