I'm having Team View connectivity issues with my father's PC ever since I got a new PC, I'm in Arizona, he's in Massachusetts. He's ** years old and needs help with computer issues from time to time. I have Windows **, he has Windows *. I had a friend upgrade is TV software with the **.**.* so we are both on the same versions. **Whenever I try to connect I get a "There seems to be a licensing problem with your connection partner. Connectivity to this device requires a valid Team Viewer license for you and your connection partner." I am then able to connect with his partner ID (*********) from my ID (*********) but the connection breaks after ** seconds and I am not able to connect thereafter. **Is there any way you can help? My dad is **, has poor hearing and computer skills and just needs help from time to time. *Thank you for any help you can provide.
