I have been using Taster's Choice single packets for years. Recently, I've noticed a decrease in quality and quantity per pack, so I've had to use 1.5 packs to get the strength I prefer. As a loyal customer who enjoys your coffee, I would appreciate if you could send me some coupons or replacements to make up for my disappointment. Unfortunately, I have already disposed of the boxes, so I don't have the UPC codes to identify if this issue is related to a specific batch.
