Good Morning, On **-*-**, I went into the Waxahachie Taco Cabana to order two dozen tacos for Monday **-****. I had lunch with a friend this day as well. I was told to talk to the manager about the order for Monday. She came and took my order for November *st and said it should not be a problem for a pick up at *:** Am on the *th. She told me it is was best to order online. I told her I was not aware that I could do that and next time I would. I sent a staff to pick up the tacos and the manager was extremely rude and seemed put out by our order. She told my staff she should have ordered online and now she had to make ** more breakfast tacos. I am confused I made plans ahead with her and now she wants to gripe at us for wanting to pick up the order. And even if I had not ordered before, I am pretty sure that ** tacos should not throw a business into a frenzy you could get that order from four people coming thru the drive thru. My agency has bought lots of food from Taco Cabana over the past view years. This experience will make me think twice before going back. The order number on the day of pick up was ******* on *******
