On July 9 or 10, [redacted], I placed an order on tackledirect.com for 2 pairs of women's Pelagic Oceanflex 5-inch hybrid shorts. Despite the items showing as 'out of stock' but 'available to order,' I encountered issues with the website during the purchase. After checking my bank statement, it seems that two separate payments were taken by Tackledirect.com, with the first unauthorized payment of $[redacted].99 on July 10th and a second authorized payment of $[redacted].49 on July 11th. I have attempted to reach Customer Service via phone and email without success and did not receive any order confirmation. Currently, I am unable to make calls as I am traveling in Europe. I am eager to receive the shorts I ordered, ideally with confirmation of the order status and a clear timeline for processing. I request a refund of $[redacted].99 and clarification regarding this unauthorized charge. If there is no prompt resolution, I will escalate this matter with my bank.
