I made an online order yesterday using my debit card for $[redacted].35. Later, my bank informed me of an additional charge of $[redacted].39 by Swanson. A representative explained that the discrepancy of 4 cents led to the extra charge which will be refunded. I was advised by my bank that it could take up to 48 hours to see the credit. This has impacted my ability to pay my monthly bills causing some of my payments to be rejected. I wish I had been notified in advance of this double charge to avoid these issues. I have not encountered this situation with any other company I have dealt with, and I am quite disappointed in the service provided by Swanson.

I recently made a purchase on my account amounting to $80.90. One item I bought was 3 +1 free of Shalajit which cost $21.66. I realized that the Shalajit lacks laboratory testing, and due to potential health risks for me specifically because of a UTI antibiotic, I cannot use it. I want to return the 6 bottles for a refund. How can I proceed with the return process? I am also interested in placing a new order. Can the credit be applied to my new purchase?

I purchased two bottles of Alpha Lipoic Acid and four bottles of L-Tryptophan. Unfortunately, the package I received on March 18 from Swanson appeared to be damaged and contained only one bottle of each supplement. I promptly returned the package with the provided label via UPS on the same day (order #: [redacted]5). Despite returning the items in March, I have not received any updates or refunds totaling $[redacted].30. I am open to either receiving the complete order or having the charges reversed. I waited for my package to arrive today as it was marked as delivered at 11:49 a.m. However, after checking with the front desk associate, she mentioned not receiving it. Usually, the delivery person checks in with the associate upon arrival. The missing package was for a back-ordered item, the Sambucus Stnd Elderberry Original 8 fl. oz. Hello Swanson team, I have been looking into arsenic content in food products. I am curious about the use of rice in your supplements given that arsenic is considered an antinutrient. It would be reassuring to know if the rice used is lab-tested for arsenic to ensure safety. Perhaps indicating this on your labels would provide transparency to customers. Even organic rice can't guarantee to be arsenic-free. It is crucial that each batch of rice flour undergoes testing to give peace of mind to individuals with health concerns. On May 22, [redacted], I made a purchase and noticed I was overcharged for shipping to Canada. Despite pointing out the error, the clerk initially insisted on $36.00 for shipping until I corrected him. He adjusted the shipping fee to $14.00, as it should have been. However, the air delivery charge to Ottawa, YOW, was not removed, resulting in a $18.10 fee from FedEx. Despite calling Swanson's multiple times and asking to speak with a supervisor, I was met with resistance. After being placed on hold repeatedly, they offered to refund only half of the $18.10, which I find unacceptable. I believe the mistake lies with the employee who processed my order, not with me. I have not received my order [redacted]9 yet. The Fed Ex tracking number [redacted]01 shows it was loaded for delivery on 06/09/23 in Mosinee, Wisconsin, but it did not arrive at my address. The Fed Ex driver mentioned it might have been loaded onto the wrong truck and assured me it would arrive the following day. However, the package has not shown up and the tracking status still says delivery is pending. I am concerned the order may be lost or delivered incorrectly. I would like to address the concern regarding the order placed under #[redacted]1, in an email dated 7/22/[redacted] at 11:17 PM. I did not make this order and kindly request its cancellation. Please confirm the cancellation and refund any charges made to my Visa card, which seems to total $32.74. I expect prompt resolution on this matter. Additionally, I request removal from any autoship lists and confirmation of this action. Thank you.
