Friday night when we got home from work we found our internet was not working. My wife called to let them know about the issue. We were told it would be Tuesday before a tech could come out. Saturday morning I found where the line had been ripped from the pole by the street and it ran thru a tree, a ditch, and up into another tree. We have road construction going on and the road crew drives large equipment through this road. So my wife calls again and gets it set up for a maintenance crew to come repair it for Monday. So Sunday night after we get off work late she gets a call from a guy who can't seem to speak English and asks about the repair because he wants to close our work orders. She finally said no don't close them because nothing has been repaired. She hung up on him because he couldn't grasp what she saying. That was after * phone calls from them. Today the maintenance crew supposedly came and we can see where the cable has been moved but nothing repaired. She called again and got another person who couldn't speak English. When she asked to speak to a manager she got transferred back to the main line with a **** hold time. This is nuts. Between paying for service we aren't getting and paying for Netflix and Hulu that we can't watch we are getting jerked around.
