We cancelled our cable Altice service within the ** day grace period and were told we would get our down payment of $***.** back becaused of the ** day money back guarantee brochure we had received!! It was connected on the **th of August and we called to cancel the *th of September. Jason in the retention depart in Tyler Texas said it would be disaconnected on September **th which was our connect billing date BUT it would be automatically refunded back to us within * to ** work days since we called within the ** days to cancel!!! I have called several times and been told all records got lost during that horrible time you were changing your computer programming!!!! Not our fault!!!!! Then called again on October ** and complained we havent received our total refund and a girl named Elisha in Tech*billing in Tyler Texas told me a check for my full refund of $***.** which is what was taken out on August *th for our down payment-- a check was issued to us on October **th. Our conversation wats recorded I hope because we only got a check for $**.**!!!???? Somehow a credit was issued to us in September during that horrible time you were having problems and suddenlink decided to give us a credit I guess because there was a week or more we did have any television!!!!!! Horrible experience!!!! We are entitled to our full refund and cancelled within the ** day guarantee periiod and were told we would get ou full refund. So we need help in getting this money collected... The $**.** you can have back. Thats not what we are owed. Please call us at *** *** ****. I cant get thru to you. No call back happens. WE WANT OUR FULL REDUND $***.** THAT IS DUE US!!! Listen to all my conversations if you want unless they have conveniently been erased!!!!????? Mrs. Green
