Disconnected all but Internet.****-**-** Is when August bill was posted for $***.** Due on *-*-******-**-** Turned in all equipment to local Suddenlink Office (Was given receipt of return *-Tivo, *- Tivo Minis and *- remotes)**-------- Checking off and on via Internet to see if I would recieve any credit but nothing seemed to change.****-**-** August Bill Due via EZ Pay****-**-** Bank Paid Suddenlink $***.** via EZ Pay**------- No sure the date when I called if I was to get any credit but it was near the day that the bank pd. I was told I would now still have service on everything to *-**-**. But all equipment was already turned in. Did still have phone and Internet. Asked if I was going to get charged again for services that were to be turned off *-**-**. This may have had something to do with me not being able to later try to pay via EZ Pay what the webpage says I owe $***.** which was due on **-**-**. I could not complete the payment so I call Suddenlink and spoke with Laquita who said she would place an order to try to fix the problems. She said it would take maybe ** hours to hear something back. It's been about * days now but have heard nothing but a survey on how my service was.**Any help with this would greatly appreciated**You can use of the above emails
